Two of the top FSBO website owners listed their homes with an agent they needed to sell, what does that tell you?
FSBO’s often think that finding a buyer is all an agent does. The truth is at least 50% of the work is done after a contract is received. Fsbo’s also think that they can save the commission by selling it themselves while the buyer thinks they can save the same commission by buying a FSBO.
Ask yourself who’s in the better negotiating position – you with one home to sell? Or the buyer with options and the money?
Over 40+ years of experience, my team and I have helped over 10s of 1000’s happy clients who will tell you I net you the most money possible while doing the work.
Lets get together and chat (no obligation) about how we might be able to work together.
1. We find a buyer,
2. Get them pre qualified,
3. Negotiate on your behalf,
4. Do the paperwork,
5. Get the offer accepted,
6. Do the inspections and any further negotiation,
7. Get ready for closing etc etc –
Then and only then we ask for 3% (and generally the buyers agent asks for 3% also)
We add value and do the work -otherwise we wouldn’t get the results we do for our clients. I specialize in helping homeowners sell their home, in the right time, for the best price and with the least stress. I’ve helped over 1,000’s families sell a home. I’d love the opportunity to show you what I could do for you.
If you still think you can do it on your OWN, Great! I am here to help you, let me help you with my vast knowledge, experience as I am only a phone call or email away.
